At a time that has been the most emotionally challenging of my life the absolute dignity and respect that each and every member of staff showed towards my family and the handling of my brother's body has helped to make this difficult time bearable. I would particularly like to thank Barbara and Brandon for their professionalism, compassion and advice in the organisation of every detail of the service that made it the five star send off I wanted to give my beloved brother. You have my eternal gratitude.

Message: Where do I start! On the passing of a recent family member, a family representative in England contacted John Gray's in Bangor (NIreland) who were very courteous and helpful on the phone. When we discovered the deceased left wishes to rest in John Gray's in Holywood we were then put in touch with Barbara who was such a lovely lady to deal with over a very difficult and emotional week. Nothing was too much trouble for Barbara. Myself and other family who live in NIreland met with Barbara in person. She was pleasant, accomodating and very helpful. She truly has the family at the forefront of her mind. She was an asset in navigating our wishes when dealing with a challenging minister and trying to keep everyone content. Barbara returned emails and phonecalls promptly. She even told me during one call how she had just been in the room with our family member who was resting to have a wee chat. Albeit it would have been one sided but I still thought it was a lovely gesture. You can tell that Barbara cares about people, both the deceased and the grieving families. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending John Gray's in Holywood with Barbara at the helm. I also thank Mike and the other pallbearers for their guidance on the day of the funeral. I can't finish without a further thank you to Barbara who rang a few days after the service to check we were content with how things ran on the day.

This difficult time was made easier for us all with all issues taken care of and any requests accommodated. The order of service design provided by Barbara made us all very proud of dear Papa Gordon.
